She has over 16 years of leadership, strategic program design and training experience working with a national foundation. She started a consulting practice in 2012 and since that time has been providing leadership coaching to individuals and teams to increase emotional and social intelligence - encouraging them to build on strengths and core values to inspire each other and improve effectiveness.
She holds a Master of Social Work degree, which grounds her work in an understanding of individual psychology and group functioning. She has studied organizational development at the Gestalt Institute in Cleveland and holds a Certificate in Positive Psychology. She works hard to understand the neuroscience research and has two teenage boys who can talk about their feelings.

Drew holds a BA in Sociology, with a specialty in Employee Relations from Michigan State University and a Masters of Theology from Bangor Theological Seminary. He's an avid saltwater angler, skier and a frustrated teacher of philosophy to his teenage children. He is a certified Maine Guide and Licensed Coast Guard Captain.
